- What is a Safaricom Service PIN?
It is a Safaricom subscriber's universal PIN. Among other things, it allows a Safaricom subscriber to authorize online merchant payments through M-Pesa. To get your Safaricom Service PIN, dial *885#. - Can I cancel or make changes to my order?
Please contact us at orders@mobarapp.com as soon as possible. We will make every attempt to assist you with your order change or cancellation prior to it being processed. - What if I'm not available at the delivery location to receive my order?
We cannot leave orders unattended for any reason. A person 18 years or older with valid government ID must be present to receive the order. If no one is home or no one over 18 is present, your order will be returned to the store and you will be refunded your purchase amount minus a ksh. 500.00 restocking fee. You may reschedule your delivery, but the ksh. 500.00 restocking fee may still apply. - Can I return a drink?
Mobar and our partners do not accept returns on unused products, but if something is wrong, please contact us at orders@mobar.delivery. - What should I do if something is missing from or wrong with my order?
Please contact us immediately at orders@mobar.delivery. Our customer service staff will work to resolve the issue immediately. For issues related to billing, please email orders@mobar.delivery. - Is there a minimum order value?
Yes, it's KES 1,000.00. - What are our delivery hours?
Between 10:00am and 2:00am. - How long does delivery take?
We, along with our partners, strive to get your order to you as quickly as possible. You can expect your order to arrive in under an hour. Exact delivery time, however, depends on distance, time of day, and day of the week. - What form of ID do we require?
